The National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) enacted its Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 period, covering 16 prioritized themes. The agency’s regulatory process for the next two years will focus on those themes.



Ordinance n. 3.829/2020 from the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) enacted its Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 period, comprised of 16 prioritized themes. They are scheduled and organized within a sequence of procedures for implementation – from the elaboration of Regulatory Impact Analyses, to the development of regulatory proposals, to public consultation, to regulatory implementation.

The listed themes will be subject to the regulatory process according to the Regulatory Agenda’s trimester schedule. It is available in the annex of the ordinance, which can be found here (in Portuguese).
