ANTAQ Resolution n. 8.022/2020 of the National Agency for Waterway Transportation (ANTAQ) revoked 458 regulations considered obsolete or without practical effects. The compliance with the Decree n. 10.319/2019 aims at reducing the regulatory stock while improving its efficiency.

The resolution revoked a broad regulatory list composed of ordinances, resolutions, normative instructions and manuals, but it revoked primarily a set of 405 resolutions related to contractual additional terms that lost their validity to other additional terms.
